At ÖBB Business Competence Center, I helped shape the transformation through a shared target picture, a clear roadmap, leadership enablement, and value stream analysis, contributing to stronger alignment, better orientation, and more effective execution.

I was born in Spain and have lived and worked for many years in Germany and across different European contexts. Working across cultures has shaped the way I approach transformation: with curiosity, clarity, respect for different perspectives, and a strong belief that sustainable change depends on people, not only on frameworks.
My professional path combines deep experience in technology with a lasting passion for Lean, Agile, organizational learning, and leadership development. Over the years, I have worked with teams, leaders, and organizations in complex environments, helping them build stronger ways of collaborating, learning, and delivering value.
Today, I also bring AI into this work by supporting organizations in shaping practical AI strategies, building AI readiness, and helping people use AI in ways that are meaningful, realistic, and useful in everyday work.
