I was born in Mexico and have spent much of my life living in Germany and working across different cultures. This has shaped my belief that diversity of perspectives enriches people, organizations and the way we approach challenges.
Curiosity is in my DNA. It continually drives me to learn, explore new ideas and discover better ways of working, leading and collaborating.
I am a proud mother of two children, the wife of a wonderful husband, and the human companion of an enthusiastic dog who keeps life interesting.
I also enjoy gardening, a passion that reminds me that meaningful growth takes time, patience and resilience.
