AI-Native Change Agent is a three-day certified, hands-on course designed for professionals who will lead and drive AI initiatives from initial idea to adoption, preventing them from getting stuck in pilots or proof-of-concepts.
During the course, participants work with real-world cases and guided simulations, using AI tools such as Gamma, HeyGen, and Flowise, and applying the AI-Native Value Blueprint to advance AI initiatives.
Building on AI-Native Foundations, the programme provides a structured approach to taking AI ideas from the discovery phase to productive implementation and measurable value generation. Upon completion, change agents will be able to confidently connect business objectives with technical feasibility, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and successfully scale solutions that work through clear guardrails and effective adoption strategies.
