What is the unFix Model?

The unFIX model is a pattern library designed to empower your organization with versatile and adaptable design principles. Unlike many agile scaling frameworks and self-management methods, unFIX places a special emphasis on fostering continuous innovation and enhancing the human experience within your workplace. This approach facilitates incremental change, supports dynamic teams, and recognizes the pivotal role of managers in the transformation process.

Why unFIX?

unFIX was created in 2022 by the renowned leadership expert Jurgen Appelo, founder of Management 3.0.  Over time, it has evolved into a worldwide management movement. Jurgen Appelo is recognized as the foremost European authority on Agile Management, ranked among the top 40 most influential management experts globally by INC Magazine, and listed as one of the top three influencers in the realm of Agility by Infoq.

During this one-to-three-day workshop, you will have the unique opportunity to explore your skills, and potential, and overcome challenges through dynamic exercises and practices that have been thoughtfully designed to foster your personal and professional development.
