Within the international testing conference ExpoQA, the international meeting point for Software Testing and Quality Engineeer professionals in Spain and Europe, we presented in this talk how cross-funcionality within agile teams can be nurtured, based on my experience as member of a Scrum team at the company Ericsson.

Together with Fernando Sanchez Marquez, Innovation Manager at the fashion retailer Desigual, we presented in this Keynote our work introducing Agility in the digital area from Desigual, and the impact it had on the Business Analysis procedures.
Shift up workshop in Barcelona with Jürgen Appelo

Based on his brand new book ‘Startup, scale up, screw up’ Jürgen Appelo has created a new licensed course. One of the first pilots was ran in Barcelona, and it was an excellent experience to see where we are heading for, when it comes to growing business and disruptive innovation.
Friction Workshop with Mary Poppendick at the Lean Agile Irland conference, April 23rd, 2019
At the Agile Lean Irland conference 2019 Mary Poppendick drove a workshop with the porpoise to identify the largest sources of business friction. After one day intensively working together, we came up with a plan for reducing sources of friction. Great experience to work together with one of the founders of the Agile movement!

Almudena Rodriguez Pardo is this year invited speaker at the Conference for expert agilists Aginext.io, taking place in London. Almudena will explain complex DevOps scenarios where collaboration between developers and operators is crucial in order to secure valuable delivery at the customer’s premises.
Curso de Leading SAFe en Barcelona Enero 2019
Last January 14th – 16th 2019 a new edition of our licensed course Leading SAFe 4.6 took place in Barcelona in english language driven by our partner Improvement21 and organized by the company Omitsis. This course allows the participants to obtain the SAFe Agilist certification by the organization ScaledAgile Inc.
